The Working Committee Meeting 2/2026 of the Working Committee on Economic and Commercial Matters was held on 4 June 2026 (Thursday) at the Director-General’s Meeting Room of the Office of the Union Judiciary Supervision through an online and in-person hybrid system to discuss the completion of the compilation of “the Question and Answer Book on Copyright Law” and “the Summary Book on Copyright Law”, which were revised and updated in accordance with the guidance and decisions adopted at the Working Committee Meeting 1/2026.
At the opening session, Union Supreme Court Justice U Thein Ko Ko, Union Supreme Court Justice Daw Pyone Pyone Aye, and Director-General Daw Tin Nwe Soe of the Office of the Union Judiciary Supervision delivered opening remarks, respectively. Following the opening remarks, the leader of the compilation team for the Question-and-Answer Book on Copyright Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Court Specialization Department, Daw Aye Aye Hlaing, presented the work that has been completed for the publication of “the Question-and-Answer Book on Copyright Law” and “the Summary Book on Copyright Law” for final approval by the committee meeting.
Thereafter, members of the Working Committee on Economic and Commercial Affairs and members of the compilation team of the Question-and-Answer Book on Copyright Law were coordinated and discussed regarding the work that had been completed for the publication of “the Question and Answer Book on Copyright Law” and “the Summary Book on Copyright Law”.
The Union Supreme Court Justice U Thein Ko Ko, Justice Daw Pyone Pyone Aye, the Director General of the Office of the Union Judiciary Supervision, members of the Working Committee on Economic and Commercial Matters, members of the compilation team for the Question and Answer Book on Copyright Law, and responsible officials from the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Court Specialization Department, with a total of 28 participants were attended the meeting.
