To mark the 10th Anniversary of the Myanmar-Japan Business Association (MABA), the Mandalay-Japan Festival and Annual Sales Fair will be held on 6 and 7 June at the Mingala Mandalay Promotion Area in Mandalay.
The festival and sales fair are being organized with the aims of promoting cultural exchange between Myanmar and Japan, strengthening trade cooperation through product exhibitions between the two countries, and creating networking opportunities for potential investors.
The sales fair will feature booths and exhibition stalls from SMEs based in Mandalay and sponsors, as well as exhibition booths from member companies of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Myanmar.
During the festival, arrangements will also be made for visitors to enquire about studying, travelling and working opportunities in Japan. Bingo game programmes will be organized for all visitors attending the event, and prizes will include cash awards, a leisure trip worth K4 million, a K2.5 million cash prize, water purifiers valued at around K1.5 million, and other lucky draw programmes. — ASH/KZL
