THE Embassy of the Republic of Korea has
invited applications for the Quiz on Korea 2026
to select a contestant representing Myanmar.
The Korean embassy is seeking a contest-
ant to represent Myanmar in the Quiz on Korea
2026 Final to be held in Seoul. To select this con-
testant, the embassy is hosting an audition and
inviting anyone with a love of Korean culture
and a good understanding of all its categories,
including history and language, to take part.
The event is planned to be held on 27 June
at the embassy. Contestants and their parents
and grandparents must not be Korean nation-
als, and they must be aged at least 18 years,
be fluent in the Korean language and must
not have participated in the Quiz on Korea
Final. In addition, contestants must not have
difficulty going and living in Korea between 7
and 13 September and must be enthusiastic
and have sufficient knowledge about Korea.

A contestant who can answer all questions
will be selected as a finalist, and a further
announcement will be made on whether a pre-
liminary audition will be called, depending on
the number of applicants.
As a special reward, the winner will receive
an air ticket and full accommodation costs to
compete in the 2026 Quiz on Korea Final. In-

at the KBS World TV YouTube channel, watch
former contest videos, or they can search for
Quiz on Korea on YouTube.
