AN awareness poster campaign for the 2026-2027 academic year school enrolment programme was launched in Yenangyoung Township on the morning of 21 May to encourage all schoolage children to enrol in school under the theme: “Let’s Enrol All School-Age Children for Sutainable Development of the Country.” Attendees collectively erected the poster in front of the Township Education Officer’s Office at 7:30 am.
Regional Hluttaw representative U Aung Naing Win, Chairman of the Township Administration and Management Committee U Aung Zin Oo and committee members, departmental officials, Township Education Officer Daw Sanda Aye, and officials formally opened the campaign by sprinkling scented water.
According to the Township Education Office, enrolment for the 2026-2027 academic year will begin on 25 May at all basic education schools across the township.
