The Speaker of the Amyotha Hluttaw has announced that the Second Regular Session of the Third Amyotha Hluttaw will be held at the convention hall of the Amyotha Hluttaw in Nay Pyi Taw at 10 am on 2 June 2026 (Tuesday), and that invitations to attend the session have been sent to Amyotha Hluttaw representatives.
To enable Amyotha Hluttaw representatives to make the necessary preparations for the session, they are requested – whether or not they have received a formal invitation – to report to Building 19 (I-19) at the Amyotha Hluttaw Office in Nay Pyi Taw during office hours. Reporting should take place no earlier than 30 May 2026 (Saturday) and no later than 31 May 2026 (Sunday). The representatives are required to bring their representative identification cards. — MNA/TH
