A coordination meeting between Hluttaw representatives, departmental officials, and ward administrators was held to enhance community development activities for residents. It took place at 10 am yesterday at the Township General Administration Department’s meeting hall in Dawbon Township, Botahtaung District.
At the outset, Pyithu Hlutttaw Representative U Win Kyaw, Amyotha Hluttaw Representative (PR) U Tint Zaw, Amyotha Hluttaw Representative (FPTP) U Win Hlaing, and Region Hluttaw Representative U Thet Naing delivered introductory remarks. This was followed by an opening speech from U Htoo Htet, Chair of the Township Administration and Management Committee.
Officials from various departments, members of the Township Administration and Management Committee, and ward administrators then introduced themselves and discussed ongoing activities in their respective sectors, along with the basic needs of each ward.
Hluttaw representatives encouraged departments to report any challenges they face and assured that efforts would be made within the Hluttaw to address the needs of locals and implement essential development projects. They also noted that requirements and difficulties could be submitted at any time for consideration.
The meeting concluded with extra remarks and a closing speech by U Htoo Htet, Chair of the Township Administration and Management Committee.
