THE President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has transferred and appointed Rector Dr Nyunt Soe of Technological University (Sagaing) of the Department of Advanced Science and Technology under the Ministry of Science and Technology, as Rector of West Yangon Technological University from the date he assumes charge of duties.
