The Expressway Control and Supervision Group of the Department of Highways under the Ministry of Commerce invited private companies run by Myanmar citizens to submit a tender to run a telematics system on the Yangon-Mandalay Expressway through the Command Centre to improve safety and efficiency.
Companies need to provide company registration copy, company profile, international service experience of the proposed telematics systems with at least five years, whether services have been provided in the region or not, internationally recognized certification of proposed telematics system, test records of trials conducted in Myanmar, sample of equipment to be used in the system, system operation specifications both in Myanmar and English, time-frame for staring operations and schedule of the selected company, comprehensive service proposal, country of origin of the devices, and price quotation in Kyat.
Interested companies need to submit a tender to the Expressway Control and Supervision Group in Nay Pyi Taw by 4 pm on 20 March. They can enquire about details by dialling 09 250902004.
