MYANMAR Real Property Development Association (MRPDA) (Yangon branch) will conduct Anti-money laundering and Counter-Financing Terrorism (AML/CFT) awareness and realtors safety awareness training on 30 March 2026 for free at the Royal Ballroom of Sky Star Hotel in East Horse Race Course Road in Tamway Township from 9 am to 5 pm.
Those interested realtors and members of MRPDA are invited to attend the training on AML/CFT awareness by the officials of the Department of General Administration, municipal land act by YCDC’s officials, property tax by officials of the Internal Revenue Department, digital marketing to boost real estate sales by Saya Lynn Thaik Nyunt and Financial Action Task Force’s recommendations (internationally endorsed global standards) by MRPDA ViceChair U Wunna Soe.
Upon the completion of the training, MRPDA will help attendees seek a realtor licence in the respective townships. Those interested realtors can also join the association by presenting five licensed photos and copies of their citizenship scrutiny card and household registration to attend the training.
Members who want to attend the training need to provide a membership card or membership fee receipt and a licensed photo.
