1. The Union Election Commission will announce the voter lists for the general election, which will be held on 28 December 2025, at the respective ward and village tract sub-commission offices and in the villages of village tracts for the first time. Arrangements will be made to check the voter lists at the respective township commission offices if the lists cannot be announced at the ward and village-tracts for various reasons. When the voter lists are publicly displayed, voters must come and check the lists in order to obtain a complete and accurate voter list.
2. Voters are encouraged to check the voter list, and if their names are not included, they may request to have their names added to the list by submitting Form 3. If any ineligible people are included, objections can be filed using Form 4. If there are errors in the voter list information, corrections can be submitted with Form 4-c. The required forms can be obtained free of charge from the ward and village tract sub-election commission offices. After the additions, removals, and corrections are made, the final voter lists for the general election will be publicly displayed again in November 2025. Voters will also have the opportunity at that time to submit any further requests, corrections, or objections as necessary.
3. Therefore, in order to obtain a complete and accurate voter list, at least one person from each household should come without fail to check the list and to cooperate in this process.
