ACCORDING to the observations at 3:30 pm MST today, the Severe Tropical Storm “BUALOI” over the South China Sea has moved west-northwestwards and intensified into a Typhoon “BUALOI”. It is likely to continue to move west-northwestwards and cross over the northern coastal areas of Vietnam as a Severe Tropical Storm “BUALOI” during the next 48 hours, and as a Tropical Depression over Laos during the next 72 hours.
