THE National Defence and Security Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar enacted the Amendment to the Union Seal Law as Law No 2/2025 of the National Defence and Security Council under Section 427 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on 11 August.
The law conveyed the substitution of Section 3 with new expressions. Moreover, it mentioned that according to Section 6 (b) of the Union Seal Law, the phrase “destruction or causing destruction” shall be replaced with the phrase “modification for alteration, destruction or causing destruction”.
