ACCORDING to the 6:30 pm MST observation today, the water level of the Sittoung River at Madauk has exceeded by about 4.5 feet above its danger level. It may fall about 0.5 foot during the next one day and may remain above its danger level.
According to the 6:30 pm MST observation today, the water level of the Shwegyin River at Shwegyin has exceeded by about 0.5 foot above its danger level. It may fall below its danger level during the next one day.
According to the 06:30 pm MST observation today, the water level of the Thanlwin River at Hpaan has exceeded by about 3.5 feet above its danger level. It may fall about 1.5 feet during the next one day and may remain above its danger level.
It is noticeably advised for the people who settle near the river banks and low lying areas in Shwegyin Township. It is especially alert to the people who settle near the river banks and low lying areas in Hpa-an Township and Madauk to stay away from the flood-prone areas.
