ACCORDING to the 6:30 pm MST observation today, the water level of the Sittoung River at Toungoo has exceeded by about two feet above its danger level. It may rise about 1/2 foot during the next one day and may remain above its danger level.

According to the 6:30 pm MST observation today, the water level of the Sittoung River at Madauk has exceeded by about 5″1/2 feet above its danger level. It may rise about two inches during the next one day and may remain above its danger level.

According to the 6:30 pm MST observation today, the water level of the Shwegyin River at Shwegyin has exceeded by about three feet above its danger level. It may fall about 1/2 foot during the next one day and may remain above its danger level.

According to the 6:30 pm MST observation today, the water level of the Thanlwin River at Hpaan has exceeded by about more than five feet above its danger level. It may fall about 1/2 foot during the next one day and may remain above its danger level.

According to the 6:30 pm MST observation today, the water level of the Thaungyin River at Myawady has exceeded by more than four feet above its danger level. It may rise about one foot during the next one day and may remain above its danger level.

According to the 6:30 pm MST observation today, the water level of the Bilin River at Bilin has exceeded by more than 11/2 feet above its danger level. It may rise about 1/2 foot during the next one day and may remain above its danger level.

According to the 6:30 pm MST observation today, the water level of Mae Sai Stream at Tachilek (Lawltawkham Village) has exceeded by about two feet above its danger level. It may fall below its danger level during the next one day.

It is noticeably advised to to the people who settle near the river banks and low lying areas in Tachilek Township. It is especially alert to the people who settle near the river banks and low lying areas in Toungoo, Shwegyin, Hpa-an, Myawady and Bilin Townships and Madauk, to stay away from the flood-prone areas.
