THE Sitagu Cakku Dana Hospital said the 12th round of free eyesight donation will be resumed on 23 May.
“This is the 12th round of free eye treatment provided by Sitagu Cakku Dana Hospital, and it will commence at noon on 23 May. New patients are not included yet at this time. More than 200 patients, who were already examined on 28 March when the powerful earthquake hit, are left, and the hospital will provide surgery and treatment for all of them on 23 May. Our doctors urgently went to Sagaing to help with earthquake relief so they could cure the remaining patients in this round,” said the hospital.
Patients who have already underwent examination, patients who were listed in surgical treatment and those who keep their medical records at the hospital during the previous 11th round conducted from 25 to 29 March, will need to come by noon on 24 May, even if they receive no phone calls from the hospital, it said.
