A strong earthquake of magnitude (7.4) Richter Scale with its epicentre Outside Myanmar (Vanuatu Islands), latitude 17.74°S, longitude 168.01°E, depth (57) kilometres, about (5,441) miles southeast of the Kaba Aye seismological observatory was recorded at (08) hr (17) min (27) sec MST on 17 December 2024.
