BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (17:30) hrs MST today, a low-pressure area has formed over Southwest Bay of Bengal. It is likely to move westwards and reach to India Tamil Nadu/Sri Lanka coasts. Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL Features: According to the observations at (17:30) hrs MST today, Typhoon “Yinxing” over the South China Sea is continue to move south-southwestwards and may reach Central coast of Vietnam during next 18 hours and gradually downgraded.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 12 November 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in southern Shan State and isolated in Mandalay, and Taninthayi Regions and (northern and eastern) Shan, and Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Kachin, Shan, and Chin States.
