A special appeal tribunal consisting of Chief Justice of the Union U Tha Htay and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union U Myo Maung, U Khin Maung Gyi, Daw Thin Thin Nwet and Dr Ko Ko Naing was convened Monday morning at the Supreme Court of the Union and passed judgements for six special civil appeal cases – Nos 41/2024 (Ayeyawady), 5/2024 (Shan), 31/2024 (Mandalay), 50/2024 (Mon), 54/20204 (Bago) and 63/2024 (Ayeyawady).
In addition, a total of six special civil appeal cases – Nos 52/2024 (Yangon), 55/2024 (Shan), 56/2024 (Mandalay), 62/2024 (Bago), 64/2024 (Yangon) and 65/2024 (Mon) were heard.
